If you have questions about using or handling FIONA, or if you find that certain features or display options are missing for your FIONA website, please contact the RRZ Serviceline. Your request will be recorded and entered into a ticketing system. Tickets are then handled by the RRZ FIONA team or by Department 2 of the Presidential Administration.
